Open Enrollment is November 6–17
Open Enrollment begins on Monday, November 6th, and ends on Friday, November 17th. The elections you make during this period will apply to coverage starting on January 1st, 2024.
Open Enrollment is the annual window during which you can make changes to your insurance coverage, such as starting or dropping coverage, moving to a different plan, and adding or removing dependents. Once the open enrollment period is over, you will no longer be able to make such changes unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event, such as the birth of a child, marriage, divorce, etc.
How do I enroll?
As we indicated in prior communications, Cision is changing benefit administration platforms, which will require this to be an ACTIVE enrollment. This means that all employees will need to log in to UKG Pro to make elections. Employees can access the open enrollment portal in UKG Pro through Single Sign-On (SSO) by following the path: OKTA > UKG Pro > Myself > Open Enrollment. What’s changing?
There are minimal changes for 2024. Some areas to highlight are:
Benefit Premiums
- There are modest increases in our medical and dental plan premiums. You can review our 2024 benefit premiums here.
- There are no changes to coverage or premiums for vision, Supplemental Health, Optional Life, Pet, Legal, and ID Theft plans.
Coverage Changes
- Medical plan participants will have access to two new programs effective January 1, 2024:
- Hinge Health, a digital physical therapy solution that uses wearable technology, is available to assist with your therapy. More information on Hinge Health can be found here.
- In addition to General health, Pediatric Care, Dermatology, Nutritional counseling will now also be available through Teladoc. More information on Teladoc can be found here.
Mental Health Benefits
- Telus Health, Cision’s Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP), will continue to be our provider going into 2024. Feel supported and connected with our confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and innovative well-being resource. Any time, 24/7, 365 days a year, Telus Health offers support with mental, financial, physical, and emotional well-being. Information on accessing Telus Health can be found here.
- Headspace, Cision’s Global Emotional Resiliency partner, will continue into 2024. Brandwatch employees should note that Calm is terminating on 12/31/2023 and will be replaced by Headspace. All Employees will also be able to add five family members to your Headspace account. Headspace is provided by Cision, and there is no employee contribution required. Life and Disability Benefits
- We are pleased to announce that we are changing our Life and Disability programs from Lincoln Financial Group to Prudential, our new provider. This transition will provide employees with a smoother and more seamless experience for life insurance enrollment and leave of absence management.
- Importantly, this change will not impact premiums, and employees will see a decrease in premiums for supplemental Long-Term Disability (LTD). We are confident that this move will enhance the overall experience for employees and managers alike.
