Sick Days

Cision aims to encourage all employees to maximise their attendance at work while recognizing that employees will, from time to time, be unable to come to work due to sickness. Review the full Sick Absence Policy here.

Maternity & Parental Leave

Cision recognizes the importance of key moments in our employees lives such as welcoming a new child into the family. As a result, Cision offers paid parental leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care.

Bereavement Leave

Cision recognizes the emotional hardship created by a death in the family. Bereavement leave provides employees with paid time off during this difficult time. Review full policy here.

Jury Duty

The Company realizes that it is the obligation of all citizens to serve on a jury when summoned to do so. An employee who is selected for service as a juror will be compensated for time lost due to jury service. Review full policy here.

Emergency Leave

When an employee requires time off for emergency reasons, he or she must get approval from his or her manager as well as the people team. Review full policy here.
