You may be reimbursed up to $5,250 CAD per year for academic degrees, top credential programs, advanced specializations and technical certifications.

Who is eligible?

All active, regular full-time Cision Canadian employees who are in good performance standing are eligible for this benefit. Part-time employees, Employees on LOA, Interns, contractors and temporary employees are not eligible. You must be employed with Cision when the course begins and ends to receive reimbursement.

What is covered?

Cision’s Education Reimbursement Program covers up to $5,250 CAD per year for undergraduate, graduate, PhD and MBA programs, as well as certain certifications through accredited institutions listed in the Directory of Educational Institutions.

Unless it’s part of a covered certification program, the program or class must exceed one week (seven days) in duration. One or two-day courses are not eligible.

You will receive reimbursement for the cost of tuition, course fees, certification fees and required books specific to your approved course work. You may request reimbursement once you have completed the course with a grade of C or better or P (if pass/fail).

All employees traveling on company business outside their country of residence have Business Travel Accident coverage. In the event of an Accidental Death or Dismemberment, your beneficiary would be entitled to 10x your salary to a maximum of $500,000.
