We offer a comprehensive health insurance plan for employees and their family members living in the same household. Family members are spouse and/or children between the ages of 0.5-65 years old.

Both employees and their family members cover and the tax liabilities are paid for by the company.

How do I enrol my family members?

You can enrol your eligible family members at any time during the year but their membership wont start until 1st day of the following month. In order to do this you need to contact peoplesharedservices@cision.com at least 5 business days before this date. You will then be sent a new hire form that you need to complete for each family member and return as soon as possible to ensure cover can start from 1st of month otherwise it will be from the month after this.

How is the benefit shown on my payslip?

The employee liabilities on the health insurance benefit are grossed up and processed as EE liability paid by ER. These will be visible on your payslip each month and family members will be treated like new employees for this purpose and will also receive a payslip each month that they are on cover which will be sent by email to the employee to distribute.

How do I make a claim?

Once you are enrolled in the health insurance you will be contacted directly from Medicash who will provide information on what is covered, how you can claim etc.
