
Time Off
Cision provides generous time off, and we encourage you to use it. You also receive paid holidays and company breaks.
Leave Policies
Leave Type | Brandwatch & Cision Entitlement |

Vacation Days | 20 days for employees under 25 and increases by 1 day every 3 years from age 25-45 up to maximum of 10 additional days |
Personal Paid Leave | Up to 5 days personal paid leave per year |
Bereavement Leave | 2 additional paid vacation days due to death of a close relative per year |
Special Additional Vacation days | In line with Hungarian labour code |
Maternity Leave | 26 weeks full pay. This includes 24 weeks at 100% government funded leave period. |
Paternity Leave | 8 weeks full pay. This includes the 2 weeks government entitled period. A top up to full pay from 6th -10th working day then full pay for remaining 6 weeks |
Parental Leave | 44 working days up to the child is 3 years, if employed for more than 1 year. Employees are entitled to 10% of their salary whilst on leave and is offset against other social security benefits including childcare allowance. |
Sick leave | 15 days paid sick leave annually, paid at 100% |
