Welcome to Cision benefits!
Whether you’re a new employee or you’ve had a change in employment status, we’re happy to introduce you to all that your Cision rewards have to offer.
To take full advantage of your benefits, remember to sign up for your health and welfare benefits coverage (medical, dental, vision, FSA, life and AD&D insurance) within your first 31 days.
We understand that for you and your family, benefits coverage is very important. Your benefits are effective on your hire date, but you must enroll in Cision benefits coverage within 31 days of your hire date if you wish to be covered under Cision’s health and welfare benefits offerings.

Follow These Steps to Enroll
1. Review your options for these benefits and enroll or opt out on the Cision benefits enrollment portal in UKG:
- Medical
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Dental
- Vision
- Group Legal
- Life Insurance
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Care FSA
2. Your Quantum Health Care Coordinators can help walk you through Cison’s medical plans so you can determine which is the right one for you and your family. You can also check out some more information on our benefit enrollment video.
3. Review the 401(k) retirement plan enrollment options.
Your First 90 Days
Once you’re settled into your new role, take time to explore these other valuable benefits:
