Parental Leave

As a result, Cision offers Parental and maternity leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care.

* Please note that all leaves of absence are unpaid unless the employee is eligible for benefits under short-term disability, long-term disability, workers compensation, parental leave or if he/she chooses to use earned PTO. Cision complies with federal and/or state mandates for required time-off benefits. Should there be a discrepancy between the two, the governing agency that offers the greater benefit prevails. Employees should contact their Human Resources representative with any time off questions.
