Flexible Time Off

Our Company Holidays are separate from Cison’s Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy, which provides all employees the same opportunity to take time off regardless of position, level, or tenure. The FTO policy allows for better work-life balance and the ability to take time off when you need it most.

U.S. exempt (salaried) employees do not accrue paid time off; they instead enjoy the flexibility to take time off whenever they need it, without worrying about available hours. For more information, review the Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy and Flexible Time Off (FTO) Employee FAQs which can be found on the Documents page.

Whether planned or unplanned, we understand that you might need to step away for reasons that need your full attention. No matter the situation, you can take that time with confidence. Below are some of the leaves supported by Cision:

  • Bereavement Leave
  • Jury Duty Leave
  • Organ Donor Leave
  • Bone Marrow Transplant Leave
  • Additional Leaves as Mentioned in Cision’s Employee Handbook
