Upon joining Cision, you will immediately have access to a range of benefits that are fully or partially funded by the company and form part of your overall benefits package. These benefits include:

You can enrol in these benefits via Zest, your online benefits portal and will only see the benefits that you are eligible for in the portal.
Important Information Regarding Your Benefits
Cision offers a full suite of benefits available to you. However, please keep the following important details in mind:
- Benefits selections and amendments can only happen during the monthly benefit selection window* (for anytime benefits) or at annual enrolment each year, unless you have a specific life event. More information on this can be found in the FAQ section.
- Most of the benefits are provided by third-party providers. As an employer, we keep information on payroll-related details in the system. All benefit-specific details are held by the provider.
- All Cision employees get automatically enrolled in our Pension Scheme in the first month of their employment.
* The monthly window cut off is 15th of each month and the effective date of the change depends on the type of benefit.
