Follow the steps below to access your account using the provided credentials.

1. Navigate to cision.okta.com/app/UserHome using your preferred browser.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the text boxes provided.
   • Your Login Details: Your login credentials are provisioned by our Global Service Desk (GSD) team. You should have already received this from your Manager, HR, or GSD directly. If you have not, please reach out to your manager or our GSD team (contact information below)

   • IT Security: We use 2-Factor Authentication to ensure that we keep Cision’s data as safe as possible. This second layer of authentication is used to confirm your identity when accessing Cision’s applications. You have several different options to choose as your second factor. To find out how to set-up 2-Factor Authentication simply click here.
3. Logging In: Click Sign In or press Enter on your keyboard. You can log-in via OKTA our single sign-on platform (SSO) from any computer or mobile device. This will give you access to our standard applications, including Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, UKG (HRIS), ServiceNow and many others. Your OKTA homepage will look similar to the photo below. Zest will show up as a tile under “My Apps”. If you do not see this, please type Zest in the search button on the home page. If you still do not see Zest in the search, please contact GSD using the contact details above.
4. Completing your enrolment: Once you have made all your elections, click Save & Continue at the end of the Benefit Listing page. Once you submit your final elections, a benefit enrolment confirmation message is displayed that provides a summary of the elections you have made. You may then download or print your confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation of any selections you have made.

You may always return to Zest to view your benefits enrolment and make any changes.
