Learn about the excellent coverage you get from Cision’s Healthcare and Multi Sports benefits. These benefits are an important part of your rewards, and we want to help you get the most out of it.
Healthcare Insurance
All eligible employees can enrol in the healthcare insurance with Lux Med. The company provides employee cover and you can choose to add your dependants at your own cost.
This is a comprehensive plan covering outpatient, dental, diagnostic, rehabilitation, hospital and long term care. Details of the cover can be found in the following plan scope:

If you would like to add your dependants to cover you can do so at your own cost shown in the table below:
How to enrol?
You are required to enrol in plan by the 20th of the month for cover effective from 1st of the following month. Please note that if you decide to add your dependants that this is for a 12 month period.
Enrolling in the insurance is a two- part process:
- Create an account
- Complete the declaration
Using your healthcare plan
Lux Med provide a patient portal where you can easily:
- make and cancel an appointment,
- check laboratory test results,
- order a prescription,
- use the Online Consultation system,
- gain access to your medical history,
- make an appointment for occupational,
- medicine examinations.
You can register for this here and complete the registration form or you download the Patient Portal App, available for devices with iOS and Android operating systems.
Once you have registered you need to confirm your identity by:
- visiting the Patient Portal (if you are 18 or over),
- calling the Phone Line on 22 33 22 888,
- completing the contact form here,
- at a facility,
- electronic banking: mojeID.

Multi Sports Card
At Cision we believe in supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees. By offering a multi sports card benefit, we aim to promote and support for your physical and financial wellbeing.
You will have the option of selecting from three types of membership:
- MultiSport Plus – multiple entry to sports facilities each day, with more than 5,200 sports facilities available.
- MultiSport Classic – access one sports facility per day and have access to over 3,200 sports facilities available.
- MultiSport Light – to be used according to the number of entries recorded on a card and no more than once per day with more than 3,100 facilities available.

The company funds up to 158 PLN per month towards this membership. The cost to you for each option is shown below:
You can also purchase additional cards for your family members at your own cost shown below:
How to enrol?
- If you wish to enrol in the multisports benefit you need to complete a consent to the deduction of contributions form and a consent to the processing of personal data form.
- If you would like to purchase additional card(s) for your family member(s) you will need to complete a consent form for each member.
- Send the completed forms to denitsa.kirilova@brandwatch.com and cc peoplesharedservices@cision.com by 16th of the month if you would like your membership to start on 1st of the following month. Forms received after this date will be processed for the 1st of the next month.
- Your virtual membership number will be sent to you by email. Once you receive this you should download the multisports app and set up your account.
- If you select multisport plus and/or additional cards then the cost will be deducted from your salary each month.
- If you wish to cancel your cover at any time you can do so by emailing denitsa.kirilova@brandwatch.com and cc peoplesharedservices@cision.com by 16th of the month to ensure your membership is cancelled from 1st of the following month.
Vision Allowance
Employers are required to provide employees with corrective glasses or contact lenses, in accordance with a doctor’s recommendation, if eye examinations conducted as part of preventive health care indicate the need for their use while working with a computer monitor.
If you require glasses or contact lenses for working at a computer monitor then you can request a reimbursement of up to 500 ZL per year.
